N O T I C E

Following students are required to present themselves for counseling of               M. Sc. Chemistry  on 10^th July, 2008 at 11.00 AM in Seminar Room, College of Science, M.L. Sukhadia University, Udaipur.  Students willing to take admission on self-financing seats are advised to come with Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) only in addition to the normal fee. The candidates should present their original documents (Marks Sheets of all the three years of B.Sc., SS Certificate Age Certificate), TC, MIG Certificate, SC/ST/OBC/PH/Defence Certificate at the time of counseling for verification. Suppression of information, presentation of false documents and non-fulfillment of eligibility requirements will automatically debar the candidates from admission.  Besides, they are also liable to be punished.  The candidates having any gap should bring an affidavit giving the reason for this gap.

            Although extreme care has been    taken to prepare merit list, any discrepancy or error should be reported before counseling so that it can be rectified.  No Claim regarding error will be entertained after finalizing   the admission list on the date of counseling
